Festool USA is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager for Detroit, MI and surrounding regions. You will grow sales by expanding dealer networks and engaging end users with hands-on product demonstrations and trainings.

Ideal candidates have field sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel overnight. You will manage CRM data, build pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize territory performance.

Qualifications

• Territory sales experience within a field-based role is required.
• Ability to demonstrate products and articulate value to dealers and end users.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns territory growth by prospecting and opening new dealer accounts.
• Achieve sales targets through new accounts and expanding dealers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and manage opportunities to close.
• Engage dealers and end customers with product demos and trainings.
• Advise on product assortment and stocking to drive sell-through.
• Travel 20–25% overnight; leverage events and ride-alongs to win business.
