Qualifications

• 3rd to 4th year associate with labor and employment experience.
• Experience with wage and hour class actions and union negotiations preferred.
• Active member in good standing of the Michigan Bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated labor and employment counsel to corporate clients.
• Support and lead employment litigation matters.
• Research and draft high-level pleadings and motions.
• Partner with corporate leadership for direct representation.
• Deliver efficient, high-quality legal services.
