Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading healthcare, K-12 or higher education projects strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising a larger project team.
• Must be able to adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates Gilbane's trade contractors.
• Supervises and develops the project team.
• Acts as primary safety representative in the field.
• Mentors and develops junior project team members.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

20+ years of experience on $50 million -$100+ million commercial/industrial construction projects

OSHA 30-hour certified

First Aid, CPR, AED certification
