Job summary

America's Community Council (ACC) in Detroit, MI, is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical supervision of behavioral health staff and ensure high-quality, ethical, evidence-based services for clients.

You will oversee treatment plans, review clinical documentation, and guide complex cases; lead weekly team meetings; support staff development; participate in case conferences; and collaborate across internal and external partners to improve programs while meeting

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and appropriate state licensure or license eligibility.
• Strong clinical skills in psychotherapy with experience in behavioral health settings.
• Supervisory skills and clinical supervision experience, including mentoring, performance feedback, and staff development.
• Assign and oversee staff caseloads, ensuring efficient and effective client management.
• Lead weekly clinical team meetings to review client assignments and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and presentation for organizational planning and reporting.
• Provide individual and group supervision, including supervision required for professional licensure.
• Conduct clinical case reviews focusing on competency, strengths, cultural relevance, and client outcomes.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practice, and community-based behavioral health services.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services through case reviews and record audits.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to meet agency standards and address areas of improvement.
