Job summary

Amatus Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift at our New Hampshire detox facility. You will work under the Director of Nursing and Charge Nurses to provide comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, and patient education.

The role requires an RN license in good standing, ADN or equivalent, and at least 1 year of detox or psychiatric nursing experience. Proficiency with EHR and strong emergency response skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent required.
• 1+ years RN experience in detox or similar treatment facility environment.
• State RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification mandatory.
• Detox and psychiatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications as directed by medical team.
• Performs nursing assessments at intake and discharge.
• Maintains accurate documentation and reporting of patient conditions.
• Reconciles medications and manages controlled substances per regulations.
• Monitors withdrawal symptoms and supports medical team in emergencies.
• Educates patients about their condition and care plan.
