Job summary

Amatus Health in New Hampshire is seeking experienced LPNs/LVNs for full-time, 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am to support detox services. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication administration, and coordination with the treatment team to manage withdrawal and psychiatric care.

Requirements include a valid LPN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year detox or equivalent experience; psychiatric nursing familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing
• At least 1+ years in detox or similar facility preferred
• CPR certification is required
• Experience in psychiatric nursing is preferred
• Competent in administering medications and monitoring withdrawal symptoms

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through detox per physician orders
• Educate patients about their condition and document clinical status
• Perform intake assessments and discharge nursing actions
• Administer prescribed medications and reconcile meds
• Maintain logs for controlled substances and ensure proper storage
• Communicate with physicians, ARNPs and treatment teams
