Job summary

AHG Master in Lacey, WA is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee to deliver direct clinical care in a fast-paced detox and residential setting.

In this role you will conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and provide individual and family counseling. You will document progress and discharge summaries, lead groups, and support crisis intervention to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• Must be certified by WA State DOH as SUDP or SUDPT.
• Experience delivering assessments and counseling in detox/residential settings.
• Ability to document progress and maintain EMR records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family counseling as appropriate.
• Lead educational and process groups for clients.
• Document client progress, reports, and discharge summaries in Sunwave EMR.
• Assist with crisis intervention and relapse prevention strategies.
• Educate clients and families about treatment options and supports.
