Job summary

PH Wellness in Riverside, CA seeks a Program Director to lead daily operations, supervise Program Manager, Lead Techs, Detox Techs, and support staff, and ensure service quality. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in addiction treatment.
• CADACII or higher certification preferred.
• Knowledge of California DHCS licensing requirements and Title 9 regulations.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission accreditation requirements and CQI processes.
• Two years clean and sober if in recovery.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification on file.
• Current TB skin test and health screen on file.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and staff scheduling.
• Provide administrative supervision to all program staff.
• Ensure compliance with DHCS and Joint Commission standards.
• Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and accountability.
• Attend leadership meetings and facilitate cross-department collaboration.
• Conduct chart audits to verify medical necessity and quality care.
• Respond to client grievances and incidents per policy.
• Recruit, interview, and hire detox staff as needed.
• Monitor program quality and organizational stability through standard procedures.
