All Addiction Recovery LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients through detoxification and residential treatment. The BHT ensures a safe, therapeutic environment, providing emotional support, structure, and supervision aligned with facility policies and treatment plans.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year in behavioral health, CPR/First Aid, and CPI preferred.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum one year experience in behavioral health, substance use, or residential care preferred.
Knowledge of detox and recovery processes, trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention.
CPR and First Aid Certification required.
CPI or equivalent crisis intervention training preferred.

Mansioni

Monitor and assist clients during detox and residential phases to ensure safety and adherence to clinical guidelines.
Observe client behavior and physical condition; report changes to nursing and clinical staff.
Support clients with daily routines, hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Assist with admissions, orientations, room assignments, and discharges.
Model healthy boundaries and positive interpersonal communication.
Conduct rounds, head counts, and safety checks per protocol.
Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques.
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Document observations and interactions in EMR systems.
Complete incident reports, shift notes, and behavior logs.
Communicate effectively with nursing, clinical, and administrative staff.
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision.
Escort clients to activities, appointments, and transport as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in residential and common areas.
