Qualifications

• Current LVN license in California.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in detox or behavioral health preferred.
• Knowledge of CIWA-Ar and COWS assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor withdrawal symptoms.
• Administer prescribed medications per orders and detox protocols.
• Record accurate documentation using Kipu.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure client safety.
• Notify providers of significant changes in condition.
