Job summary

All In Solutions in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the Detox Program on the night shift (Thu, Fri, Sat, 7PM-7:30AM). You will oversee withdrawal care, administer medications including MAT, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support early recovery.

The ideal candidate holds an active CA LVN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with detox or behavioral health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered LVN license in California.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (Required).
• Detox, SUD, or behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of withdrawal symptoms and detox protocols.
• Excellent communication, organization, and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Clinical intake: conduct medical assessments for new admissions.
• Withdrawal management: monitor vitals and withdrawal symptoms with precision.
• Medication administration: safely give prescribed meds, including MAT.
• Collaborative care: work with physicians, RNs, and behavioral health professionals.
• Documentation: maintain accurate nursing and medication records.
• Client advocacy: educate clients on detox process and medications.
• Crisis response: act calmly during medical emergencies following safety procedures.
