Job summary
Sierra Health and Wellness is seeking an LVN or LPT to oversee detoxing clients in our California inpatient facility. You will supervise staff, review medical records, provide nursing care per physician orders, and document thoroughly in our EMR system.
The role requires current licensure, strong communication, and a service-oriented approach. Per diem, part-time, and full-time options with comprehensive benefits are available.
Qualifications
- Current LVN license or LPT license required.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse professionals.
- Customer service oriented and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff in daily patient care.
- Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes.
- Provide nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
- Prepare and monitor patient-administered medications.
- Chart and document according to policies and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding individualized resident care.
