Job summary
Renew360 is seeking a Registered Nurse for Detox/Residential to join our medically managed unit in New Jersey. You will collect data, establish nursing diagnoses, provide direct care, and ensure nursing orders are implemented safely with a collaborative team of RNs, LPNs, and physicians.
Ideal candidates have RN licensure in NJ, BLS certification, and experience in addiction treatment or related fields. On-site, full-time role with a strong focus on patient care, safety, and recovery education.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
- RN license in New Jersey.
- BLS certification or higher.
- Experience in detox/residential or behavioral health settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing care in detox/residential units with a focus on patient safety.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Administer medications per orders and monitor effects.
- Complete nursing assessments and coordinate care with the medical team.
- Supervise LPN staff as assigned and ensure shift coverage.
- Coordinate transfers to Emergency Room when needed.
- Provide recovery education and wellness support.
