Coordinate entry and exit into secured areas in normal and emergency conditions.
Answer telephones and direct calls.
Monitor audio and video surveillance equipment for detention security.
Answer intercom calls and log visitors into/out of the facility.
Monitor and report inmate behavior and maintain logs of daily operations.
Perform related duties as required.
