Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Nursing, Social Work or a closely related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in contract management or compliance, preferably in a healthcare or correctional environment.
• Equivalent combination of related education, experience, and training may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Plans, administers, and oversees inmate health and wellness programs within a detention or correctional facility.
• Coordinates healthcare service provider contracts, ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
• Serves as principal liaison between the facility, City of Henderson and contracted healthcare providers.
