Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 60 semester or 90 quarter college units.
• Citizen or permanent resident eligible for citizenship; background check required.
• Valid California driver license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR/First Aid certification required prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision and care of detainees under close supervision.
• Provide guidance and counsel to individuals and small groups.
• Prepare and maintain treatment records and reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to share pertinent information.
• Explain program rules and reinforce safety and conduct standards.
