Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Detention Officers in the field and provide on-the-job training.
• Ensure consistent service across shifts and locations; address problems promptly.
• Maintain staffing, manage call-offs, and oversee detainee counts.
• Brief officers on post orders and emergencies; conduct post-shift reviews.
• Lead inspections and quality assurance; ensure safety and security standards.
• Document incidents and prepare written and verbal reports.
• Participate in interviewing candidates for detention officer positions.
