Job summary

VT Industries, Inc. is seeking a Detailer to verify online orders, enter email orders into VTOnline, and ensure accuracy across documentation and labeling. The role supports production by confirming data integrity and coordinating with purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include processing orders, reading blueprints, and resolving issues to meet delivery timelines. A productive candidate will work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and CAD drawings
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Verify online orders for accuracy and enter email orders into system
• Process orders and allocate materials to ensure on-time delivery
• Read basic hardware templates to determine machining and labeling requirements
• Identify order issues and provide solutions or corrections
• Verify data integrity before releasing orders to production
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering to relay order info
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and special requests
• Travel between facilities as needed to perform duties
