Job summary

Lithia Body & Paint is seeking a Detailer/Porter in Medford, OR. The role supports our collision repair team by cleaning vehicles, applying protective packages, and ensuring vehicles return to customers looking like new.

You will greet customers and help ensure quality throughout the process. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a chance to grow with Lithia & Driveway within a busy, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; 18+ years old required.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them courteously.
• Clean exterior and interior of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for defects and restore appearance.
• Prepare and apply protective packages to vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and parking lot.
• Review repairs before delivery and communicate issues to supervisor.

Assist all customers promptly and professionally.Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.Responsible for cleaning of the exterior and interior of the vehicle.Clean engine and engine compartmentsInspect vehicles for noticeable defects and restoring the appearance of engine are, rugs, upholstery and painted surfaces.Responsible for preparation and applications of vehicle protection packages.Must complete all work assignments according to applicable safety measures.Restoring appearance of vehicles to new or like-new condition to the best of your ability.Review repairs before delivering vehicle to customer to ensure quality of work. Bring any issues with the work performed to the attention of your supervisor.Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
