Job summary

Lithia Body & Paint in Medford, OR is seeking a detail-focused Detailer/Porter to support a busy collision repair team. You will greet customers, prepare vehicles for service, detail exteriors and interiors, clean engines, and help restore vehicles to like-new condition while upholding safety standards.

We value attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication. The role offers starting pay at $17/hour with experience-based increases and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm,

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Attention to detail and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Install disposable seat covers and floor mats for service.
• Clean exterior and interior of vehicles; inspect for defects.
• Clean engine compartments and maintain appearance details.
• Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages as needed.
• Follow safety measures and review repairs before delivery.
• Maintain tidy parking lot and work area.

Bring any issues with the work performed to the attention of your supervisor.Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
