Job summary

PepsiCo in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time merchandise associate to stock shelves and keep displays fresh. The role requires driving to stores, lifting 15–40 lbs, and weekend shifts from Friday to Tuesday, 4PM–8PM. Mileage is reimbursed while on the clock.

Expect on-the-job and hands-on training in a fast-paced environment as you rotate products and ensure clean, attractive displays for customers.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift.
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work.
• You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock).
• Check in and out with the manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products.
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products.
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays.
