Job summary

PepsiCo is looking for a Merchandise Associate to stock local stores with Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos and more. You will drive a personal vehicle to assigned stores (mileage on clock) and ensure shelves are full, fresh, and shopper-ready in Bryan, TX.

The role requires punctual weekend coverage, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and the ability to lift 15–40 pounds repeatedly. Training is provided in a high-energy environment that moves quickly throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Have reliable or personal transportation to work.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement on clock).
• Check in/out with store manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from back room to sales floor and fill shelves with products.
• Rotate products and remove defective/out-of-date items.
• Tidy shelves/displays, dispose of waste, assemble/disassemble temporary displays.

What You’ll Do

• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
