Job summary

PepsiCo in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves with Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos and more, ensuring products stay fresh and well presented across assigned stores.

You’ll drive your own vehicle to stores (mileage on clock), work weekends, and lift up to 40 pounds. On-the-job training is provided and equal opportunity employment applies.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift.
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work.
• You have a have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays

Minimum Qualifications
