Job summary

PepsiCo in Brooksville, FL is hiring a Merchandise Associate to stock local stores with Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos and more, keeping shelves full and shopper-ready. You will drive to assigned locations in your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement while on the clock, and check in with the store manager on duty.

The role involves merchandising cases from back room to sales floor, rotating products, removing defective items, tidying displays, and assembling temporary displays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 15–40 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience with shelving/inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned stores in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed while on the clock).
• Check in and out with the manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products.
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date items.
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older

• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
