Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a part-time merchandise associate to stock shelves and set up displays at Brooksville, FL stores. You will move merchandise from back stock to the sales floor, rotate products, and keep displays tidy for shoppers.

This role offers on-the-job training in a fast-paced environment with mileage reimbursement while on the clock. Candidates must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license with insurance, reliable transportation, and be prepared to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle and track mileage.
• Check in and out with the store manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products.
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date items.
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work
• You have a have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Merchandise local stores with Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, and more, keeping shelves full, fresh, and ready for shoppers.

What You’ll Do
