Job summary

PepsiCo in Shreveport, LA is seeking a dependable Merchandiser to stock shelves and build displays across local stores. You will drive your own vehicle to assigned locations and coordinate with store managers to keep products fresh and well presented.

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, physical activity, and weekend availability. Mileage is reimbursed while on clock; the position involves a variable schedule and end times depend on tasks completed.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You can lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• You have reliable transportation to work and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement while on the clock).
• Check in and out with the manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products.
• Rotate products and remove defective and out‑of‑date items.
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of waste.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays.

Minimum Qualifications
