Qualifications

• Prior detailing experience required; dealership detail experience strongly preferred.
• Luxury standard of quality for high-net-worth clients in San Francisco.
• Experience with paint correction and protection applications (ceramic coatings, fabric protection).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to dealership standards.
• Prepare vehicles for guest delivery with immaculate presentation.
• Apply paint protection, fabric protection, ceramic coatings, and aftermarket products as directed.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues and address or escalate as needed.
• Operate detailing equipment safely (pressure washers, polishers, vacuums, steam cleaners).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detail bay and work area.
• Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize readiness.
• Work on a flat-rate structure to maximize earnings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detail work on new, used, and service vehicles -- washing, vacuuming, polishing, and protecting to dealership and Land Rover presentation standards
• Prepare vehicles for guest delivery -- ensuring every car is immaculate and ready to make a strong first impression for a high-net-worth clientele
• Apply paint protection, fabric protection, ceramic coatings, and aftermarket appearance products as directed
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues during the detail process -- scratches, stains, swirl marks, and odors -- addressing or escalating appropriately
• Operate detail equipment including pressure washers, dual-action polishers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe detail bay and work area throughout every shift
• Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize vehicle readiness and meet delivery timelines
• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your throughput, quality, and consistency directly drive your earnings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior detailing experience required -- dealership detail experience strongly preferred; high-end auto spa or luxury vehicle detailing backgrounds also welcome
• A luxury standard of quality -- Land Rover guests in San Francisco expect a vehicle that reflects the premium nature of the brand, and you hold yourself to that standard
• Comfortable with paint correction, dual-action polishing, and paint protection application
• Self-directed and productive -- flat-rate rewards speed and consistency, and you bring both
• Comfortable operating all detail equipment safely and effectively
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in work that is genuinely exceptional
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
