Job summary

Bish's RV Idaho Falls is seeking a highly motivated RV Detail Technician to ensure sold RVs are spotless and ready for delivery. You will review daily schedules and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom, ensuring top-to-bottom cleanliness.

Expect to work primarily on sold units, including both new and trade-ins, maintaining high standards, and a safe, organized workspace while collaborating with sales and service teams to satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug test required.
• Previous vehicle detailing experience a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify RVs needing detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly (floors, windows, appliances, upholstery).
• Inspect RVs for damage or maintenance needs and report findings to service.
• Ensure compartments and storage areas are clean and debris-free.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently; organize detailing equipment.

We’relooking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure everysold RVis spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily onsold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets ourhigh standardsand provides an excellent first impression to customers.

Key Objectives

• Deliverconsistentlyhigh-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs.
• Ensureevery sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule.
• Identifyand report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
