Job summary

Bish’s RV Meridian is seeking a motivated RV Technician to join our service team. You’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems with guidance from experienced technicians in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop.

You’ll learn on-the-job, develop skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and contribute to high-quality work and timely service. A positive attitude, personal tools, and willingness to train are essential for success in our team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with installation of accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress or issues with repairs to team members and supervisors.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.

Description

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on RV Technician to join our service team. In this role, you'll assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Objectives

• Contribute to a high-performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines


• Develop technical knowledge in RV systems, tools, diagnostics, and repairs through on-the-job training


• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work, timely service, and a helpful attitude

Responsibilities
