Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a highly motivated RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. You will review daily schedules and thoroughly clean each unit from top to bottom, focusing on sold units including new and trade-ins.

Responsibilities include detailing interiors/exteriors, inspecting for damage, reporting findings, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace to support sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission and core values.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.

• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
