We're looking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure everysold RVis spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily onsold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets our high standards and provides an excellent first impression to customers.

Key Objectives

• Deliverconsistentlyhigh-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs.
• Ensureevery sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule.
• Identifyand report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
