Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking an RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery.

You will review daily detailing schedules and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom, prioritizing units that are sold, including new units and trade-ins. Responsibilities include interior and exterior detailing, inspecting for damage, maintaining a clean workspace, and coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure on-time pickup and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with company vision and values
• Previous detailing or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing)

Key Objectives

• Deliver consistently high-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs.
• Ensure every sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule.
• Identify and report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
