Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive seeks a Detail Technician in Green Bay to perform vehicle detailing, inspection, and treatment applications. You will work with the service and sales teams to prioritize workload and ensure guest vehicles are pristine before delivery.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with pay starting at $15.00–$19.00/hour, plus an extra $2/hour on Saturdays based on experience. Benefits and growth opportunities are part of our supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle detailing: cleaning, polishing, waxing, washing, vacuuming and upholstery care.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or issues and report findings to the service team.
• Ensure vehicles meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain detailing equipment and keep the work area organized and safe.
• Apply protective treatments such as sealants, leather conditioners and fabric protectants.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to manage workload.

Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday! What We're Looking ForExperience: Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred.Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently, independently and with a team.Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.Knowledge: Familiarity with detailing products, tools, and techniques.Guest Service Orientation: Commitment to delivering a high level of service and quality to our guests.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
