Job summary

Defined Fitness Inc is seeking a Detail Team Member to join our full-time squad in Albuquerque, NM. The role emphasizes thorough cleaning, safety, and excellent customer service across all club areas, including locker rooms and weight rooms.

Your responsibilities include routine cleaning, trash removal, and assisting with large projects under supervision. A strong work ethic, reliability, and CPR/AED certification within 45 days are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
• PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
• Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.
• Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize
• Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
