Job summary

Defined Fitness Inc. in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Detail Team Member to maintain cleanliness and safety across all club areas. You will perform routine cleaning, monitor facilities, and deliver friendly service to members.

This part-time role requires independence, reliability, CPR/AED certification within 45 days, and ability to work any day including holidays. You will join a team committed to high standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
• PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
• Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.
• Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize
• Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
