Job summary

RideNow Powersports Indian Motorcycle Daytona Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of office experience, and experience supervising staff with month-end close tasks.

You will handle daily bank postings, invoicing, and reconcile OEM statements while supporting general ledger activities. This role offers a stable environment and growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of strong office experience.

• Month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily posting of bank transactions
• Sales deal billing; loading inventory into our CDK Evo DMS
• Process daily OEM dealer transfers
• Monthly OEM parts statement reconciliations
• F&I products / warranty cancellations
• Month end closing process
• General Ledger reconciliations, assist with month end close
• Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable to his/her actions and conduct
• Ad hoc assignments by the Region Controller, as you progress.
