Job summary

Texell seeks a Consumer Loan Processor to work onsite at our Temple, TX headquarters. You will support retail and digital lending by processing consumer loan applications through closing after underwriting decisions, collecting documentation, and ensuring accuracy.

The role emphasizes strict attention to detail, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced banking environment, with opportunities to contribute across loan operations and title duties.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Desire to work in a back-office, onsite setting.
• Banking and loan processing experience preferred.
• Loyalty to employer with two+ years at current/previous employer.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer loan applications for closing after underwriting decision and gather supporting documents.
• Analyze and review loan documentation for accuracy, legitimacy, and completeness.
• Communicate with members and staff by phone, email, or in person to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare title packets, duplicate title requests, and release of liens as needed.
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain information and resolve issues promptly.
