Qualifications

• Valid Private Home Inspector License and active status.
• Experience in residential/commercial inspections or related fields preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication to explain findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties, checking structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety.
• Prepare clear, concise, and objective inspection reports for clients and real estate agents.
• Establish and maintain trust with clients and real estate professionals through thorough, honest communication.
• Promote additional services to clients to aid decision making.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service quality.
