Qualifications

Active Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Professional Inspector License is required.
Experience in residential/commercial inspections or related fields is advantageous.

Ability to interpret data accurately for precise reporting.
Maintain high attention to detail in evaluations and reporting.
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients.

Responsibilities
