Job summary

Sunrise Engineering, Inc. seeks a Special Inspector to support our growing Utah-based team. This role may be located anywhere from Logan to South Salt Lake, with duties including special inspections, maintaining certifications, and reporting.

A valid Utah DOPL license and ICC/ACI certifications are strongly preferred. Salary is variable based on experience and certifications, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package and vehicle responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• DOPL license by the State of Utah is required.
• ICC/ACI certifications relevant to inspection are required or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform special inspections as assigned in certified areas.
• Maintain current and obtained certifications.
• Fill out and submit inspection and testing report forms.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and complete related reports.
• Assist with training and oversight of technicians.
• Perform ACI Level 1 testing and compression testing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
