Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience cleaning in hospitality and/or residential settings.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using room-status systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest room cleaning on schedule.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals and microfiber cloths per SOPs.
• Make beds according to SOPs.
• Restock supplies and towels per SOPs.
• Notify Floor Manager of damages or maintenance needs.
• Ensure the security of assigned guest room keys.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance.
• Contribute to a clean and safe environment across corridors and public areas.
