Job summary

Firmdale Hotels NYC is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to service guest rooms and provide turndown service, upholding Firmdale's exceptional standards and attention to detail.

You will clean on time using correct chemicals, make beds per SOPs, restock supplies, report damages, ensure security of guest rooms, and maintain hygiene across corridors and public areas. You will work as part of a collaborative team and contribute to a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience cleaning in a hospitality and/or residential setting or a passion for cleaning and attention to details.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using systems to update room status.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms on time using correct cleaning chemicals and microfiber cloths.
• Make beds per Firmdale SOPs.
• Replace guest supplies and towels as per SOPs.
• Report damages or maintenance issues to the Floor Manager.
• Maintain security of guest room keys and follow Do Not Disturb procedures.
• Keep corridors and public areas clean and tidy; maintain high personal hygiene and appearance.
