Responsibilities include lawn and common area maintenance, snow removal, and coordinating with the maintenance team. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and safe, independent work habits.

Qualifications

• Six Months of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
