Aquarius Home Services in Little Canada, MN seeks an Accounting Assistant to support the Finance department with routine bookkeeping, data entry, and outbound calls. The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and organizational skills in a non-exempt, full-time setting.

Responsibilities include scanning records, assisting AR/Credit/AP backups, and contributing to accounting projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer inquiries. On-site attendance required.

Competenze

• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient on Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of invoice processing and working with a integrated system is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such, as procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Mansioni

• Apply principles of accounting to establish and maintain accurate accounting of all duties assigned.
• Assist with outbound collection calls.
• Manage the scanning of accounting records.
• Participate in the finance queue.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
• Back-up AR/Credit and AP.
• Assist with policy and procedures to enhance the flow of information and documentation for consistency and speed.
• Assist with accounting projects, reporting and other duties as assigned.
• Regular, predictable on-site attendance is expected.
