Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Fee Processing & Submission: Review, prepare, and submit fee approval requests per complex client billing guidelines.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with attorneys and billing teams to troubleshoot errors and correct non-compliant entries.
• Workflow Management: Monitor queues to ensure timely processing of requests.
• Client Communication: Communicate professionally with institutional clients on escalated fee matters.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Gather documentation and ensure complete submissions.
• Platform Navigation: Maintain knowledge of billing systems like Legal Tracker, Tempo, and others.
• Team Support: Assist colleagues during peak volumes and participate in cross-training.
