Qualifications

• 1 year of Back of House / kitchen experience is required.
• Must be comfortable following documented procedures with minimal deviation.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe and yield guides precisely.
• Maintain station prep systems and daily checklists.
• Inspect and organize prep stations before and after each shift.
• Rotate stock and manage FIFO practices.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock prep areas methodically.
• Track and log inventory as directed.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Support cross-team workflows without deviating from standard procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality and consistency.
