We run a fast-paced breakfast and lunch café serving specialty coffee, sandwiches, and salads. Small team, high standards, good energy.
We’re looking for a Commissary Kitchen Prep Cook who takes pride in consistency, organization, and working with urgency behind the scenes to help the entire kitchen succeed.
This role focuses on preparing ingredients, batching recipes, organizing inventory, and helping keep kitchen operations running smoothly for daily service.

What you’ll actually do

• Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, dressings, and ingredients for daily service
• Follow recipes and prep standards consistently
• Help maintain organized walk-ins, prep areas, and storage
• Label, rotate, and date products properly
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries
• Support the kitchen team by keeping stations stocked and ready
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the shift

This is a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen role where attention to detail and reliability matter.
