Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pull and generate financial reports.
• Compile and maintain accounting data.
• Process and reconcile membership credit card transactions.
• Record and monitor daily financial transactions.
• Prepare reports for the CPA.
• Manage A/P and A/R activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with general bookkeeping duties.
