Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an accurate and dependable Bookkeeper with QuickBooks expertise in Jacksonville, FL. This temporary-to-hire role manages day-to-day financial recordkeeping, ledger integrity, and period-end closing activities, with a clear path to permanent full-time after the evaluation period.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in bank reconciliations.
• 2 years of experience in general ledger.
• 2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable.
• 2 years of experience with financial statements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
• Process AP invoices and vendor payments; manage receivables.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll runs and payroll accounting entries.
• Generate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
