Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience required.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain all daily financial transactions using QuickBooks.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (invoicing, payments, collections).
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Process payroll and ensure timely, accurate employee payments.
• Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
• Maintain organized financial records, invoices, and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support tax preparation by organizing financial data and records.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
